scent marketing, scent systems, scent machines
The scent market is making such an impact on global sales that China is staging its first international meeting on scent research in Beijing, November 15 to the 17, 2009. With such a marketing giant recognizing the potential for growth in sales by studying the relationship between scents and subliminal cues to the human brain, we can expect to see more scent machines on the market and maybe an introduction to a new scent system.
Scent marketing is the scientific approach to using our sense of smell to market products, to create a sense of well being, to promote good health, to allow oneself to relax all done on an automatic level without any conscious prompting. What is perhaps more worthy of note is that of all the previous subliminal social engineering, subliminal scents as a program is the least irritating when discovered by the receiver of the subliminal scent.
This acceptance at both the conscious and the automatic response system of our brain’s chemical sensor is probably why scent systems are being used in place of music, with subliminal messages.
Scent systems are developed from scent research done for scent marketing. The systems offer a chemically produced scent to mimic the natural scent that has proven to be interacting with the brain’s chemical structure to produce a desired effect. These scent systems are introduced into an enclosed living space by scent machines. Scent machines emit dry scent since the scent machines are using artificial scent systems. The controlled scent environments can be a part of an establishments lighting system or part of the light tracks in more advanced use of light machines.
